Yes. Free includes 500 Web Push notifications per month and every push feature: abandoned cart recovery, welcome series, promotional campaigns, segmentation, and analytics. No credit card, no time limit. SMS is available as paid credits on Basic and Pro plans.
How is Firepush billed?
Through Shopify. Your monthly plan and any SMS credit purchases appear on your regular Shopify invoice, all protected by a monthly spending cap so you never get a surprise charge. Cancel anytime from your Shopify admin.
What happens if I hit my push limit?
Your dashboard warns you at 80% usage. At 100%, push campaigns pause automatically until your limit resets at the start of your next billing cycle. Unused pushes do not carry over. To keep sending before reset, switch to a higher volume tier or upgrade to Pro.
How does SMS pricing work?
SMS credits are sold as a pay-as-you-go add-on on Basic and Pro plans. You purchase a credit pack ($10 to $5,000), which is deposited to your account at a 1:1 dollar-to-credit ratio. Credits never expire. The cost per SMS segment varies by destination country - US sends are $0.0079 per segment, Canada $0.0075.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or change push volume any time from the Firepush dashboard. Changes take effect immediately and Shopify prorates your bill.
Do you offer refunds?
Plan charges follow Shopify's refund policy. SMS credits are non-refundable once purchased since they are paid out to telecom carriers in real time, but they never expire so you can use them whenever you need.
