Yes, you can change your plan at any time from Settings > Plans in your Firepush dashboard.
How plan changes work
- Select your new plan and push limit
- Shopify will ask you to approve the charge
- Once approved, your new plan is active immediately
- Your push notification counter resets to 0
- Your billing cycle restarts from the date of the change
What happens to your data
- SMS credits are preserved — purchased credits carry over regardless of plan changes
- Push counter resets — you start fresh with your new monthly limit
- Subscribers are not affected — all your push subscribers and SMS customers remain
- Automations continue — your enabled automations keep working
Switching between Basic and Pro
You can switch between Basic and Pro at any time. Both plans include all features — Pro adds priority support and higher push limit options (up to 500,000/month).
Downgrading to Free
You can downgrade to the Free plan, which includes 500 push notifications per month. Note that SMS is not available on the Free plan — your SMS credits will be preserved but you will not be able to send SMS campaigns until you upgrade again.
