Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time from Settings > Plans in your Firepush dashboard.

How plan changes work

  1. Select your new plan and push limit
  2. Shopify will ask you to approve the charge
  3. Once approved, your new plan is active immediately
  4. Your push notification counter resets to 0
  5. Your billing cycle restarts from the date of the change

What happens to your data

  • SMS credits are preserved — purchased credits carry over regardless of plan changes
  • Push counter resets — you start fresh with your new monthly limit
  • Subscribers are not affected — all your push subscribers and SMS customers remain
  • Automations continue — your enabled automations keep working

Switching between Basic and Pro

You can switch between Basic and Pro at any time. Both plans include all features — Pro adds priority support and higher push limit options (up to 500,000/month).

Downgrading to Free

You can downgrade to the Free plan, which includes 500 push notifications per month. Note that SMS is not available on the Free plan — your SMS credits will be preserved but you will not be able to send SMS campaigns until you upgrade again.
