Firepush is an embedded Shopify app, so team access is managed through your Shopify staff accounts.
How to give someone access
- Go to your Shopify Admin > Settings > Users and permissions
- Add a new staff member or edit an existing one
- Make sure they have permission to access Apps
- Once they log in to your Shopify admin, they can open Firepush from the Apps section
Good to know
- Firepush does not have its own separate user accounts — all access goes through Shopify
- Staff permissions are controlled entirely in Shopify
- There is no additional cost for adding team members
