You’ll see the Loox photo reviews app at the bottom of the SMS settings within your Firepush dashboard. When you click on Loox, you’ll be taken to a screen where you’ll need to enter some copy for your SMS message.
You can add variables such as customer personalization, your brand name and an unsubscribe link just by clicking on the appropriate button under the SMS message box.
You’ll need to install the Loox app first to make sure the functionality works properly in Firepush. You can do this directly within the Firepush dashboard which will link you to the Shopify App Store.
