No. Firepush is specifically designed to have zero impact on your store's loading speed.
How we keep your store fast
- Asynchronous loading — The Firepush script loads in the background and never blocks your page from rendering. Your store content appears first, and Firepush loads afterward.
- Not on the critical render path — Firepush assets don't interfere with your page's initial paint or layout. This means your Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) score is not affected.
- CDN delivery — All Firepush assets (scripts, images, stylesheets) are served through a global Content Delivery Network for minimal load times worldwide.
What about page speed tools?
Tools like Google PageSpeed Insights or GTmetrix may list Firepush as a loaded resource, but this is normal for any third-party app. Because Firepush loads asynchronously and after your main content, it does not affect your Core Web Vitals scores (LCP, CLS, INP).
Performance monitoring
Firepush actively monitors its performance impact using Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) tracking, following Google's Core Web Vitals standards. This ensures our app consistently meets Shopify's strict performance requirements.
