All Firepush billing is handled through Shopify. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice — there are no separate payments.
Monthly plan charge
Your push notification plan is charged monthly as a usage charge through Shopify. The charge is created at the start of each billing cycle based on your selected plan and push limit.
SMS credit purchases
SMS credits are purchased as one-time charges through Shopify. When you buy credits, they are charged immediately and added to your balance instantly.
Monthly budget cap
Your Shopify subscription includes a capped amount — a monthly spending limit that covers both your plan charge and any SMS credit purchases. This protects you from unexpected charges.
If you need to purchase more SMS credits than your cap allows, you can increase your capped amount in Settings > Plans.
Billing cycle
- Your billing cycle starts on the day you subscribe or change your plan
- Push limits reset at the start of each billing cycle
- SMS credits do not reset — they carry over indefinitely
Where to see your charges
All Firepush charges appear in your Shopify Admin > Settings > Billing. You can also see your current usage and balance in the Firepush dashboard under Settings > Subscription.
