Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your paid subscription at any time.
What happens when you cancel
- Your plan is downgraded to Free immediately
- Your push limit changes to 500 pushes per month
- Your SMS credits are preserved but cannot be used on the Free plan (SMS requires Basic or Pro)
- Your push subscribers and SMS customers are not deleted
- Your push usage counter resets to 0
How to cancel
Go to Settings > Plans in your Firepush dashboard and select the option to cancel your subscription.
Can I resubscribe later?
Yes, you can upgrade back to a paid plan at any time. Your preserved SMS credits will become usable again and your subscribers will still be there.
