Why are my push notification changes not appearing?

If changes you made in your Firepush dashboard are not showing up on your store, try the following:

1. Hard refresh your browser

Press Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) to force your browser to reload without cache.

2. Test in incognito mode

Open a private/incognito window and visit your store. This bypasses all cached data and shows the latest version.

3. Make sure you saved

Check that you clicked Save after making changes in the Firepush dashboard. Unsaved changes will not be applied.

4. Wait a few minutes

The Firepush embed script on your store may take a few minutes to update after you save changes. This is normal.

5. Check Shopify theme app embeds

Make sure the Firepush app embed is enabled in your Shopify theme. Go to Shopify Admin > Online Store > Themes > Customize, then check App embeds and ensure Firepush is toggled on.
