How to export subscribers
Firepush currently supports exporting your SMS customer data. Push subscriber export is not available at this time.
Exporting SMS customers
You can export your SMS customer list from the Firepush dashboard:
- Go to Subscribers > SMS customers
- Click Exports
- Your customer data will be exported and available for download
You can also export customers from a specific segment.
Push subscribers
Push subscriber data cannot be exported at this time, as push subscriptions are tied to browser-specific tokens that only work with Firepush.
