How does Firepush pricing work?

Firepush uses a push-based pricing model. You choose a plan based on the number of push notifications you need each month, and purchase SMS credits separately as needed.

Plans

Firepush offers three plan levels:

• Free — 500 push notifications per month, no SMS
• Basic — 10,000 to 30,000 push notifications per month, SMS available
• Pro — 25,000 to 500,000 push notifications per month, SMS available, priority support

Push notifications

• Your plan includes a fixed number of pushes per billing cycle
• Push limits reset monthly on your billing date
• Unused pushes do not carry over to the next month
• When you reach your limit, push campaigns pause until the next billing cycle or you upgrade

SMS credits

• SMS credits are purchased separately as an add-on (available on Basic and Pro plans)
• Credits are bought at a 1:1 dollar ratio — $10 purchase = $10 in credits
• SMS credits never expire and carry over between billing cycles
• Cost per SMS varies by country — see SMS pricing for details

Features

• All features are available on both Basic and Pro plans
• Pro includes priority support
• Discount codes can be applied to your subscription (applies to the total of push + SMS)

Billing

All billing is handled through Shopify. Your plan charge and any SMS credit purchases appear on your Shopify invoice.
