Reports and analytics
Firepush provides detailed analytics to help you measure and improve your campaign performance. Access reports from the Reports section in your dashboard.
Overview dashboard
The main reports page shows a summary of your key metrics across all channels:
- Revenue — total revenue attributed to Firepush, broken down by campaigns, cart recoveries, and automations. Learn more about revenue tracking
- Orders — total orders generated, broken down by source
- Audience — subscriber growth and unsubscribes for both push and SMS
Message performance
For both push notifications and SMS, you can see detailed metrics per message type:
- Sent — total messages sent
- Received — messages successfully delivered
- Clicked — how many recipients clicked
- Click rate — percentage of recipients who clicked
- Orders — orders attributed to the message
- Conversion rate — percentage of clicks that resulted in an order
- Revenue — total revenue generated
Detailed reports
Click into Revenue or Orders for detailed breakdowns:
- Performance over time (charts)
- Breakdown by message type (campaigns vs automations vs cart recoveries)
- Time period filtering
Tips
- Compare push vs SMS performance to see which channel works best for your audience
- Check which automation types (abandoned cart, welcome, price drop) generate the most revenue
- Monitor audience growth to track subscriber trends
