How do I get a refund?

All Firepush billing is handled through Shopify. Refunds are generally not provided, as you can cancel your subscription at any time and are only charged for the current billing cycle.

Before requesting a refund

  • If you are not happy with your plan, you can downgrade or cancel at any time — see cancelling your subscription
  • SMS credits never expire, so unused credits remain available whenever you need them
  • If you are experiencing an issue with the app, contact our support team via the in-app chat — we are happy to help resolve it

Billing disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact our support team first. If needed, you can also reach out to Shopify Support as they handle all payment processing.
