Firepush syncs your SMS subscribers directly from your Shopify store. There is no need to upload CSV files or manually add contacts.
Initial import
To start, go to Subscribers > SMS customers and click the "Import customers from Shopify" button. This pulls all existing customers with SMS marketing consent from your Shopify store into Firepush. Once enabled, the button changes to "Sync with Shopify enabled", confirming your customers are being synced automatically.
Ongoing sync
After the initial import, Firepush automatically keeps your customer list up to date. When new customers subscribe to SMS marketing at your Shopify checkout, they are synced to Firepush via webhooks — no manual action needed.
Need to re-import?
If you need to re-import your customers (for example after a data issue), contact our support team via the in-app chat and we will help you.
Requirements
- You must be on a Basic or Pro plan
- SMS must be enabled on your account
- Customers must have SMS marketing consent in Shopify to be imported
Coming from another SMS provider?
If you previously used another SMS marketing app, your customers' consent is stored in Shopify. As long as their SMS marketing consent is still active in Shopify, Firepush will import them automatically. Contact our support team via the in-app chat if you need help with the transition.
