If you have turned off an opt-in widget (sign-up box) but it is still appearing on your store, this is usually a caching issue.
How to fix
- Clear your browser cache — press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac)
- Try an incognito/private window — this bypasses all cached data
- Wait a few minutes — the Firepush embed script may take a few minutes to update after you save changes
Still seeing it?
- Make sure you clicked Save after disabling the opt-in in your Firepush dashboard
- Check that you disabled the correct automation — each push type has its own opt-in settings in the Opt-in tab
- If the issue persists, contact our support team via the in-app chat
