CTA (Call-to-Action) buttons appear as clickable buttons within your push notification, giving customers a clear action to take.
Where you can add CTA buttons
You can add up to 2 CTA buttons to the following push notification types:
- Promo pushes (campaigns)
- Welcome pushes
For each button, you can customize:
- The button text (e.g. "Shop Now", "View Details")
- The button link (where the customer goes when they click)
Automatic redirects for other push types
Other push notification types use automatic URLs that take the customer to the most relevant page:
- Abandoned cart pushes → the customer's cart page
- Price drop and back in stock pushes → the product page
- Delivery pushes → the order summary page
These automatic redirects ensure customers are taken to the right page for the best conversion potential.
Tips
- Keep button text short and action-oriented (e.g. "Shop Now" instead of "Click here to visit our store")
- Use the second button for an alternative action (e.g. Button 1: "Buy Now", Button 2: "View Collection")
- Make sure the links go to relevant, mobile-friendly pages
