Firepush monitors your push notification usage throughout the month:
- At 80% usage, you will see a warning in your dashboard
- At 100% usage, push notification campaigns will pause automatically
- Your limits reset monthly on your billing date
- Unused pushes do not carry over to the next month
How to check your usage
Go to Settings > Subscription in your Firepush dashboard to see your current push usage and how much of your monthly limit remains.
What to do when you reach your limit
- Wait for reset — your limit resets automatically on your next billing date
- Upgrade your plan — switch to a higher push tier or upgrade from Basic to Pro for more capacity. You can upgrade anytime from Settings > Plans
Automations (abandoned cart, welcome, delivery, etc.) are also affected when the push limit is reached.
