What happens when I reach my push limit?

Firepush monitors your push notification usage throughout the month:

  • At 80% usage, you will see a warning in your dashboard
  • At 100% usage, push notification campaigns will pause automatically
  • Your limits reset monthly on your billing date
  • Unused pushes do not carry over to the next month

How to check your usage

Go to Settings > Subscription in your Firepush dashboard to see your current push usage and how much of your monthly limit remains.

What to do when you reach your limit

  • Wait for reset — your limit resets automatically on your next billing date
  • Upgrade your plan — switch to a higher push tier or upgrade from Basic to Pro for more capacity. You can upgrade anytime from Settings > Plans

Automations (abandoned cart, welcome, delivery, etc.) are also affected when the push limit is reached.
