Automatically request product reviews from your customers via SMS. Reviews provide valuable social proof that helps other shoppers trust your store and make a purchase.
How it works
The ask for review SMS is sent automatically a set number of days after a customer's order is fulfilled. This gives the customer time to receive and try the product before being asked for their feedback.
The delay is configurable in your Firepush dashboard.
Message personalization
Review request SMS messages can include:
- [name] — the customer's first name
- [product] — the product name
- [price] — the product price
- [order] — the order number
- [shop] — your store name
- [redirectToURL] — a link to the review page

How to set up
- Go to the SMS messages section in your Firepush dashboard
- Enable the Ask for review automation
- Set the delay (number of days after fulfillment)
- Customize the message text
- Save your settings
SMS must be enabled and customers must have SMS marketing consent to receive review requests.
Tips
- A delay of 7–14 days after fulfillment works well — enough time for the customer to try the product
- Keep the message friendly and make it easy to leave a review with a direct link
- Consider offering a small incentive for leaving a review (e.g. a discount on the next order)
- Use the countdown timer to add a time-limited discount as an incentive
